Morale Labs was founded by Chris Richards. Prior to this Chris founded two startups in Fashion-Tech and Ed-Tech. He began his career as a Portfolio Manager, has an MBA from a world top 10 business school and a first-class degree in History & Politics. Chris likes to go on group adventures up mountains and around the world.
